UNDER FLOOR HEATING

A network of flexible polyethylene

(PEX/PE-Xa) pipes is installed beneath the floor (inside the insulation and concrete layer).
•Hot water flows through these pipes, supplied by the central boiler.
•Heat is transferred from the water to the floor surface, creating an even and comfortable warmth throughout the room.

Advantages of PEX Pipes:
•Flexible and easy to install in loops under the floor.
•Corrosion-resistant and highly durable.
•Can withstand high temperature and pressure.
•Long service life (over 50 years if properly installed).
•Safe and environmentally friendly.

Benefits of Water Underfloor Heating (PEX):
•Maximum comfort: Even heat distribution from the floor upwards.
•Energy efficient: Works effectively at relatively low water temperatures (40–50°C).
•Aesthetic: No visible radiators or heating units.
•Healthier indoor environment: Reduces dust circulation compared to air condition in
